James Bellew, PT, EdD

Jim Bellew is an associate professor. He earned a Master of Science degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and a doctoral degree in Exercise Physiology with emphasis in muscle physiology.

He has published more than 50 research-based manuscripts, book chapters, and abstracts in the areas of muscle physiology, balance, and exercise training and is regularly invited to present at local and national meetings in various professional organizations.

Jim routinely serves as a reviewer for several physical therapy journals and his primary teaching responsibilities are in the areas of Clinical Medicine, Electrotherapeutics and Physical Agents, and Exercise Science.
