Wen-Pin is an assistant professor. He earned the MS degree in Occupational Therapy and PhD in Education and Human Resource Studies with emphasis in Occupational Therapy. He is trained to use electrophysiological (EEG/ERP) technique. 

He studied children and adults with and without disabilities regarding cognitive control, sensory processing, and brain development. His dissertation research focused on how executive functions and/or cognitive self-regulation influence academic achievement in college students with and without attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

He has presented his work at various national and international conferences, such as American Occupational Therapy Association, Cognitive Neuroscience Society, Developmental Psychobiology Research Group, Society for Psychophysiological Research, and Society for Research in Child Development. He also published several abstracts in Psychophysiology.
