Ed Jones has taught as an adjunct professor in KSPT's Physical Therapist Assistant program since 2007.  He joined the faculty as a part-time assistant professor for the DPT program in 2011.  Ed teaches Physical Agents and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation courses in the PTA program and teaches Examination & Intervention for Complex Medical Conditions as well as Clinical Skills for the DPT students.

Ed earned a BS in Therapeutic Recreation from Indiana State University in 1997 and later graduated from UIndy's MS PT program in 2003.  He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Health Sciences degree from UIndy with emphasis in education.  His juried project will focus on comparing Graston Soft Tissue Mobilization with traditional physical therapy interventions for the treatment of plantar heel pain.

Working for over 14 years as a clinician, Ed maintains a very active clinical practice.  Ed has a varied clinical background, primarily working with an outpatient orthopedic population with a clinical interest in foot and ankle dysfunction.  He also treats those with complex medical conditions in an acute care setting and has experience in a neurological rehabilitation setting.  Ed is married with 2 children and lives in Greenwood, Indiana.
