Mary Ann Shurig, PT, DPT

Mary Ann Shurig is an assistant professor and teaches in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Dr. Shurig is on the clinical staff at Indiana University Hospital, Clarian Health Partners.

Mary Ann was Director of the Ladies Professional Golf Association Fitness Van for three years. She has been an invited speaker on the topic of Soft Tissue Mobilization and Myofascial Release to three National Athletic Trainers Association National Conference, to the Korean Physical Therapy Association Manual Therapy Association and the Korean Physical Therapy National Conference.

She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association Orthopedic Section. Her major clinical interest is in the areas of orthopedics, manual therapy and chronic pain.
