Graduate Certificates

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) in the professional physical therapy program

  • Current U. S. PT license

Postprofessional Master of Health Science

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) in the professional physical therapy program

  • Current license to practice PT in your region

Postprofessional Doctor of Health Science

  • Master's degree from an accredited professional or postprofessional physical therapy program

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale

  • Currently in practice as a physical therapist or have obtained at least 1,000 hours of practice; Applicants with less than 2,000 hours must document hours while enrolled in the program

  • Current U. S. PT license

Non-Degree Admission
Non-degree students may take up to three postprofessional courses. Non-degree seeking students should submit the application and a copy of the applicant's PT license.  Individuals who are internationally-educated PTs but not U.S.-licensed, should submit a copy of the FCCPT report and TOEFL scores.

Admission
Students are admitted to the postprofessional program on an ongoing basis. The University reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or falsified.
