The Physical Therapist Assistant Program at the University of Indianapolis engages in continuous and systematic evaluation and improvement. We welcome your comments, suggestions, ideas, and constructive criticism as part of that process. The Complaint policy of Krannert School of Physical Therapy provides a voice for current and prospective students, employees, and other affiliated persons. Individuals in the community who do not have a formal affiliation with this institution or program are also welcome to provide comments according to the policy. This process is only related to areas not addressed in the university grievance, harassment, intimidations, and student social or academic misconduct polices.
Upon receiving a written comment/complaint, signed by the individual who is making the comment/complaint, it will be dealt with at the level closest to the problem unless that level has failed to produce a satisfactory response. This will include the name and contact information for the next level in the hierarchy if the complainant wishes to continue to pursue the complaint. Issues related to the PTA program should be directed to:
PTA Program Director
University of Indianapolis
1400 E. Hanna Avenue
Indianapolis, IN 46227
The PTA Program Director shall respond to all comments within 10 business days to further discuss and resolve the issue. Records of all correspondence will be confidentially maintained by the Program Director for 10 years. These records will not be made available to the public.
